The Olympia Regattaverein Munich is the organizer of rowing regattas in Munich. At the Olympia Regatta Course of 1972 we provide top events. In 1997, we launched the modern form Rowing World Cup together with the FISA. It is the media pivot of the world rowing elite.

At the latest with the World Rowing Championships 2007, we established Munich as the international regatta location. By 181 mill. TV spectators, 62,000 grandstand visitors, and a largest ever attendance of 68 nations, we raised the standard for rowing.

Besides perfect conditions for fair competitions with all logistic and technical quality, we emphasise on the social value of our events and endeavour to make a regatta a wonderful experience. Be it a junior or World Cup regatta, our slogan is 'ORM - meeting friends'.
